Enjoy the Journey

ENJOY THE JOURNEY

I have to admit...this is something that I only recently started doing.

Why?   Because I thought life really would be better when I arrived THERE...wherever "there"  was!

• vacation destination
• graduation from medical school
• completing residency
• becoming a mom
• when kids are out of diapers
• when kids can help pick up
  
   You get the idea.  What I've learned through life coaching and now truly believe....it is NOT really better THERE!  Life is 50/50....50% awesome and 50% not so awesome.....no matter what!  
  
  So we might as well enjoy the journey! Life is so much more joy filled when we actually enjoy the moment and are not hoping for something better THERE!
  
  I now make this decision regularly...and do you know what...it is SO MUCH FUN!
